Why Join A Union?
Union workers earn higher wages and receive better benefits. Unions bring low-income workers out of poverty. Unions are good for women and minorities, young and older workers. We are a small but growing Local. We need you to get involved to help us continue to grow. There are many ways to get involved; the easiest is to start paying dues. Each chapter is very active in improving work environment issues. As a local we are very dynamic in persuading elected officials to work with us on issues that are important to our members.

If you are interested in joining your chapter, check the listing of our different chapters throughout Eastern Iowa, fill out a membership card, talk to your worksite leader or send the card to our office.
