CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST II

Clinical lab scientists will see a grade increase in July 2003. They will be upgraded from grade 5 to 6. This change will result in a 5% increase in base pay. Clinical lab scientists will also get the 4% increase similar to classifications not included in the list receiving market adjustments.

Example
Current base salary: $42,000
Grade change: $42,000 + 5% = $44,100
Salary increase: $44,100 + 4% = $ 45,864

The new top of scale for CLS II will be $55,325. Staff whose salary is above the top of scale will receive the difference as a bonus on  December 1 of both years.
