OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS AND SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS

In July 2003, Occupational Therapists and Senior Occupational Therapist  will receive the 2% across the board and a 5% market adjustment.

In July 2004, Occupational Therapists and Senior Occupational Therapists will receive the 2% across the board and the 2% recruitment and retention adjustment. They will not receive any market adjustment.

Example
  Current base salary: $40,000
       Salary increase: $40,000 + (2%+5%) = $42,800
       New Salary as of July 2003: $43,400

  In July 2004: $42,800 + (2%+2%) = $44,512
