Staffing language  Creation of a hospital wide committee to review existing staffing systems, acuity tools and resource distribution 
 Unit /area based committees to establish safe staffing levels

Retention and recruitment Retention ladder with incentives for each year of seniority:
 paid certifications
 parking reimbursements
 vacation accrual
Decrease vacation leave for new hires:
 3 weeks up to 4 years of seniority
4 weeks from 5 to 8 years
5 weeks for more than 8 years
Hours of Work Define what a line is. Rotation cannot be changed without staff approval. Trades have to be done at least 24 h in advance
Weekend Option  Becomes part of the contract
 90% pay and 90% benefits
Not in contract proposal
Annual raises 6% + seniority raise of 1.5% to 4% 0%
